Slightly disturbing to look at, Ether looks sort of like a cat gone wrong. He's about two feet long, with a vaguely feline body— his limbs are a little too long, and he's a bit too thin, but otherwise he looks the part. Except, you know, for the lack of fur- he has the same sort of hide that firelizards and dragons do, and all of his features seem a tad reptilian. His face, too, differs from a feline's— it's strangely flat, almost like a mask, with hints of planes where features ought to be. Two large eyes stare out of his face, and a mouth full of pointed teeth is usually twisted upwards in a grin. A long, pointed little nose juts out slightly above this mouth, and two pointed ears crown the top of his strange, flat head. Stranger still are the two tendrils jutting from his shoulders, where wings would be if he had them— they've got the same muscular base, and are completely prehensile, despite being long and thin. They are twice his length, ending in diamond-shape flaps of skin, the base of which give way to a long, wicked spike. This spike is actually full of acid. The diamond flaps continue over it, and are ringed around their base with pointed 'teeth'. His coloration is striking— a deep purple and a bright pink swirl across his hide in a dizzying dance of color— staring at him long enough can be hard to keep track of. The only break from the colorful chaos is his face, on which black and white intertwine stately, as if some jagged, multi-pointed yin-yang.
