Hell Hath No Sense of Outragious Blue Ullusth
Of average size for a blue, Ullusth is long and wirey. He has long limbs and a sort of slinky frame, and tends to stalk rather then walk. His gait is rolling, even in the air. His wings are a tad long for his body, and he tends to keep his head down when he's observing the world.
Ref
Facade
The Facade Egg is a very confusing egg. Its color is split evenly down the middle, with matte black on one side and bright while on the other. Looking at it, people always only see one of the colors. Every time someone passes the egg, it presents a different personality.
Hatching Messages
The amusing Facade Egg broke next, with a shriek and a crack a chunk of egg popped from the side and the bright Blue stumbled forth with a lot of terrible screeches and general flailing of wings. He was not a happy little dragon, for all his brightness and eagerness to get away from his egg and towards the candidates that were so willingly rpesented to him. What had originally been nine candidates in the center of the clutch had been reduced to six by Impression, but that dind't deter him as he crashed through them, head twisting this and way and that, and completely undoing all the good work of the Caramel had done before him. No! None of them? No, none of them. He screech again, flicking his attention towards the candidates that had originally been on the sands. It was like watching some strange deer launching himself across the sands as he suddenly moved to try and get closer, only to twist away towards the sands as though nothing had happened. T'rax! Get here now! he warbled, stopping to stomp one of his ice tipped feet. Ha! Now he'd found him.
Personality
The best word for Ullasth is probably "outrageous." People regularly don't expect him to attain new lows, but he'll consistently surprise them by doing just that.
Ullusth's attention span is similar to that of a flea's. Concentration is not his strong suit, at all— he gets bored easily, and his attention will shift from one interesting thing to the next very quickly, because nothing is, well. Interesting enough. There's always something bigger and better, and he wants it. A lot. He doesn't really approve of anything, and he's vocal about it— his criticisms will be leveled at anyone, and the only time he'll hold is tongue is if they'll actually get him in REAL trouble. Minor trouble? Pshaw, it's not really his problem.
He's about as friendly as a flea, too. He doesn't really see the point of being social or friendly, really. The only time he's social or friendly is if there's something he really wants at the other end, that he can't get any other way. Even then, it's more likely that he'll simply demand whatever it is that's caught his attention— because really, why don't people just give him what he wants? He's obviously better then anyone else without trying.
Crude, he doesn't really mince his words, and he's picked up a nasty habit of cursing on occasion. His almost-constant commentary can be obnoxious, especially because he'll level it at people when he feels like it, not when they're open to it. Sometimes, he wants to be social (with those he considers to be his people, that is, and only them, and even then he looks down on them), and sometimes he wants to be left to his own devices. Usually, these are opposites of when you want him to do things, or when you want to be alone.

It's slightly surprising that he's actually quite witty— it's all sarcasm and irony, of course (and irony is only funny when he's not the butt of it), but some of the things he says and does can be quite amusing, if you're not actively dealing with it. Sometimes, even then.
Ullusth tends to be a hypocrite— the rules are clear and valid for everyone, except him. He also happens to be of the opinion that the world belongs to him, and whatever doesn't obviously should. Everything about him is entirely shameless— completely and utterly shameless. He's also greedy and generally unfriendly.
There's no sound Ullusth likes better then a good crash. He's a very destructive dragon, and will rend long furrows in his weyr if he can't really destroy anything else. He especially enjoys the sound of breaking glass and ceramic, though really, any destruction is good. He's a cruel hunter, but this thread also makes him an exceptional thread-fighter— such a thrill, he gets, from setting things on fire, and in threadfighting, it's actually allowed! Here, his rolling gait will be an advantage to him. He's not the most agile of flyers, but he's a very smooth one, and can usually duck and dodge most thread clumps. Watching him in the air is like watching a firedancer.
For all of his negative traits, Ullusth is completely and utterly harmless. He thinks he's bigger then he is, and talks bigger then he's willing to act on. His outragiousness, coupled with his harmlessness, makes him more amusing then threatening, and most people learn very quickly to take nothing he says seriously, even if he means it that way. T'rax also manages to keep the absolute worst of his opinions voiced privately only amongst themselves.
He can also be quite charming, when he feels the need. There are moments where he can be genuinely affectionate— though these are very rarely leveled at most people, and when they are, it's when those people aren't looking. He doesn't like to admit that he feels emotions, but he definitely does, and if you know Ullusth well, you can see that clearly— he's not good at hiding anything, and is an open book. T'rax probably only survives this bond because he knows how frivolous Ullusth is, and can feel through the bond that Ullusth actually does love him and a few other people, despite his general nastiness. Ullusth gets very attached to certain objects, which he hoards on his couch and snuggles with. Ullusth has also been known to occasionally carry these objects around for ages. He can also be quite playful, herdbeasts aside. He grudgingly admits that T'rax and his few other members of his inner-circle aren't 'so bad', which means he likes them.
