Zaresith
There was gasp of surprise and even anger - surely what was before them was no dragon. There was no hide on this thing, as pale as the egg it had emerged out of. Instead there was wet silky fur - wet and damp from the egg, it would eventually grow into lovely long strands. Even the white wings, though the hide on them was more obvious, would have a short bits of fur on everything but the sails.

White Egg
The egg beside it was pretty bland. It was pure white. Not the slightly off-white color of the sand, or the white of the clouds which had hints of gray… but white. Almost eye blinding white. Still, it was a pretty large egg and rumors were it was likely a bronze or a very large Brown.
Hatching Messages
When the thunderstorm egg hatched into a green and the puke green egg with stripes of electric blue hatched out a blue, all attention turned to three eggs. One was colored bronze, one white, and the largest of those left was a rainbow of colors. It would be assumed that whichever was a queen - if there indeed was one - would hatch last. Yet it was difficult to tell which of these would hatch first as all had been shaking for the latter half of the hatching and none showed any particular inclination to race ahead of the rest. So it seemed to surprise everyone - even the hatchling that emerged - when the white one split into several large pieces and a wet mess rolled out.
The dragon - much as some people hissed a denial, in everything but the fur this was a dragon - got to her feet with a vague blink, shaking herself off - and sitting on her haunches to look about her, obviously startled by something.
This was when both of the other eggs hatched. In very different manners, but at nearly the same time. The bronze egg split open firmly in half. The rainbow one was suddenly lifted up by a strange wind that came from nowhere, leaving a gigantic hatchling in its place. Strange considering the egg had been smaller than the Cobalts by a smidgen, the hatchling inside looked as if it had been tightly curled as it was slightly larger than the Cobalt hatchlings. Both hatchlings stepped forward - and the one from the rainbow egg rocked back, firmly surprised.
The other hatchling had many people gaping as it was nearly twin to the white furred one - except opposite in color. A deep ebony black, unlike the white who looked a bit confused, he immediately went to her side and nudged her to try and get her moving. Behind them, the large hatchling blinked at them. She was, like her egg, multiple colors though unlike her egg did have one major color. She was a shining metallic red with glinting bits of blue and green mixed in seemingly at random. To them she asked, voice amused and expectant, 'You do not honor me?'
'Why should we?' There was an actual sneer in the voice of the black and he didn't even look slightly abashed by the large female's hiss of disapproval. 'A furless thing like you - what good are you?'
'We are dragons! You must obey me! I am a queen!' The dragonet usually wouldn't have insisted so much, she liked convincing more than ordering, but this was strange to be sure. Her usual confidence was faded into confusion as not the arrogant seeming black but the white turned to her, cocking her head.
Quite calm and kindly, the white asked the larger dragonet, 'Why? I don't mean to be rude to you, but why should we obey you? None of you seem terrible - but you're entirely lacking fur. There's something wrong with you.' Perhaps none of this wouldn't have been so bad if all three of the hatchlings weren't transmitting their whole conversation to everyone at "shouting" level. Allt he dragons could feel it and a few of them were growling at the impudence and the slight to their new queen.
The queen herself stared at them but finally snorted and turned away. There were other ways to get authority over them and she would find a way. The queen began to go through the leftover candidates and it was almost as astonishing to see her looking at boys as well as girls as it had been to see two furred dragons. But before she chose, the two furred dragons made their way across the sand, side by side.
The black paused when the white started to turn in one direction and he another. They glanced at each other, simply a final look at the only other one that truly felt like "their kind" before the white stared making her clumsy way across the sands - and the black started off with a firm steady gait to the tiers. There was a shriek of outrage when he nearly fell and the stair in front of him seemed to explode. As did the next few, creating a ramp of rubble much easier to mount than the stairs.

He crept up them, hissing at the nearby people who yelled too loudly, and finally stopped in front of one - man. Young, but a man. At least as big as any bronze, the black glared up at the man. 'Well? What are you doing up here? You were supposed to be down there, C'zari. I am your Black Lazeruth and we are going to get food. Now.'
While the first of the furred dragonets Impressed, the two females met in their survey of the candidates and paused to look at each other. The white politely inclined her head and the queen, shockingly, did exactly the same. They moved past each other and the queen astonishingly found Hers first. Perhaps it had to do with her slimmer body, not at all stocky like a gold's but thin and even snake-like with the grace she moved and the flexibility of her spine. She stopped at a girl, to the disappointment of a few boys that had looked almost hopeful at her approach. The queen nudged the girl's thigh a bit hard. 'There you are Ceinwen. I am Ammolite Cosieth. I have many plans to tell you and things we could be doing but first of these - we really should get me something to eat. I'm starving!'
The last of the hatchlings, around the same size as the furred black, stopped also in front of a girl. Less stopped and more entwined with, as gently as she could while crooning up at the girl. 'My Lucci. I am so glad I found you! I do not want us to be alone. Are you taking care of yourself? Perhaps you should eat more. I am White Zaresith and I love you.'
With that, the last of the hatchlings had Impressed, with only egg shells left behind to commemorate the Hatching.

Personality
Zaresith is naturally a very polite creature: it comes automatically to her, and is brought out further by a deep consideration for other people. She recognizes others as emotional beings, and understands that they have the right to think and feel as they choose: she seeks to respect this as much as is possible. Thus, she is very considerate, and tries to state things non-offensively, though it won't stop her from speaking her mind quite vocally.
A bit of a worrywart, she is very concerned with the world around her: what-ifs are always on her mind. She worries especially over Lucci, of course, but her worrying doesn't stop there: anything she cares about, she worries about. She'll occasionally manifest this worry with questions, or requests to be careful, and otherwise keeps it to herself.
She's a logical creature, who thinks things through carefully before she does things. She tends to err on the side of practicality, as well. Though she likes to indulge daydreams and the occasional flight of fancy, she's careful to mark those as exactly what they are; she's grounded in reality, and seeks to continue that vein.
Calm and sweet, she's got a natural zen to her. She's affectionate to the people she likes, especially to Lucci, and enjoys the company of those closest to her.
