Name: Canari
Owner: Lucci
Hatchling
Elegant of form despite her size, Canari is a large firelizard, with wings to match. Her forms are elegant and slightly curvy, adding to the natural grace with which she moves. A pale mint green covers her body, marred only by a strip of darker green that paints itself down her back, along where her ridges would be.

Greens can make "bubbles" of pure breathable air for up to an hour at a time that would extend about twenty feet in every direction. This would work in caves or underwater, the place doesn't matter.

Hatching thread: Disaster at the Beach
A fairly small and dark egg, it was colored in twistings of purple and black and had actually been one of the first to make a hole. The hatchling inside seemed a bit shy however as while its brothers had been hatching, this flit had simply been chipping away at the egg slowly, shrinking as far back in the cramped space as it could when another fire-lizard walked near, person's shadow hit, or one of the other eggs bumped into the side of the dark shell. Despite her nervousness, it was with steely determination that she continued methodically taking out bit after bit of her egg. It was actually fairly difficult to hide herself after awhile and a few people murmured and pointed - her hide was a great deal lighter than her shell.
When she was ready, a pale minty green fire-lizard stepped into the sunlight, a strip of darker green evident along her back as she took quick glances to each side before darting fast away from her egg. Graceful for a hatchling, she barely stumbled at all, stopping midway some of the surrounding crowd to stare at the bright new world. She had oddly large wings for her size on her and they made trails in the sand behind her as she walked. She would grow into them, though that couldn't be seen by her dainty size right now, and end up fairly on the large size for a green.
Hunger ate at her belly, nerves at her mind, and it was the latter that would get her the former. Another egg making a large crack! Behind her made her jump up, shrieking into the air and hurling herself forward. In the midst of the people she even tried to fly on wet wings but only managed to trip on them, not quite dry yet. Surprisingly, she only gave out one single squall before going quiet, her attention focusing down onto where back claw had somehow hooked into her wing - fortunately the bone and muscle on top, not the sails.
Of course in all the commotion, the closest to the green flit was Lucci, less than a foot away from where the green now lay on her back, struggling to unhook her own claws from her ungainly body.
