Mint Chip Egg
A mottled mix of green and a shade of green very similar to brown - in fact many people have trouble deciding which is which. Even up close it's difficult to tell. Most settle for brown, but a fair number say green. Either way it's darker than the fresh, mint green on the rest of the shell, and is very pretty to look at. It's a very small egg as well, one of the smallest in the clutch. It leaves a fresh feeling in people's minds, like suddenly all your troubles are washed away and you're left with a clean slate to work with. All the doubts and insecurities come back pretty quickly though.

Hatching Messages
There was a slight lull in the hatching of the eggs as the first two babies impressed, two eggs began to shake very hard. The Mint Chip egg shattered first, revealed a handsome Grey male firelizard. He looked about him, not really in a big hurry to move. He sat where he was, watching everyone around him and the other eggs. But there were two things that were …. off about the Grey. For one, he had two pairs of headknobs and two tails, both of the tails were lashing behind him.
The Next egg to hatch was the Cheeky Chocolate Egg. There stood a pretty even toned green. She tossed her head and looked about her. She crooned to the male, hoping he'd respond, but when he didn't she hissed and looked around at those gathered. She suddenly chirped and launched herself at R'ean. Hunger emanating from her.
Once the green was gone, the Grey hummed and decided to go to his. He spotted her and flew, awkwardly towards Loche. He chirped emphatically for food.
