Lit'r's Quellazth

Quellazth

The bronze was a large fellow and seemed quite calm as he looked around, unfazed by the trauma that was hatching. He was a lovely golden bronze in color with a line running across the tops of his wing from tip to tip of a dark olive bronze shade and a lighter circle of bronze about his neck like a collar…

Mutation

Bronzes can null any kind of mental mutation.

Earth Egg

The last egg was definitely on the larger side and was a solid brown color. At first, anyone would thing it was only solid brown but if one looked way down at the bottom, one could see that there was a faint lick of green tendrils rising up like new plants rising from the earth.

Hatching Messages

Perhaps it made sense that the earth egg had been steadily shaking the entire time. Like the earth it represented it was a calm sort of shaking, knowing full well that in time the egg would crack beneath his attentions. Outside of the egg the citrine that had been wandering around had stumbled into another purple hatched out of the dark blue egg that had been part of the shadows group. The purple had scurried away but mischievously the citrine was creating illusions in his way, making him thing that there were dips where there were none and rises where there weren't. Even a few times she darted blurring illusions at his head, amusing herself by his sudden spitting of acid. The cries of panic didn't seem to register.

They did register with the dragonet in the earth egg who put a bit more effort into hatching and in a graceful move not often seen in a hatchling, split the egg into two and pushed the top half off with a roll of his shoulders, wings, and neck. The bottom half with its green tendrils was left intact as a bronze hatchling stepped forward onto the sand. There were a few sighs of relief at the sighting of their once largest dragon and still the sign of luck among them. The bronze was a large fellow and seemed quite calm as he looked around, unfazed by the trauma that was hatching. He was a lovely golden bronze in color with a line running across the tops of his wing from tip to tip of a dark olive bronze shade and a lighter circle of bronze about his neck like a collar.

The citrine presently torturing the poor purple was a dark citrine, more orange than yellow, only a tiny bit of pale buttercup yellow showing when she flashed her neck, though her entire underside would be shown to be that color on later inspection. She was prowling around, her need for Impression briefly forgotten while she had her fun. It was suddenly and abruptly interrupted when the bronze walked over to the purple and curled a wing out and over the smaller hatchling, hissing at the citrine.

As sudden as that, all the illusions disappeared, to the citrine's sudden bafflement. She yelped, shaking her head and the bronze snorted, scolding, 'You were hurting him. He was scared.'

That seemed to stop the citrine short and she hesitated, peering closely at the shivering hatchling beneath the bronze's wing. Apologetically she offered, 'I didn't mean to. I was just having fun.' She stayed where she was, peering at the larger male nervously. The bronze shrugged, not about to take any more action when it seemed a simple matter of miscommunication. Perhaps we should go find Ours,' The bronze suggested, not an order at all but stepping away from the two.

Impression Message

With a steady step and a strong gaze, the bronze stopped in front of one boy and considered. He wasn't what some of his brethren would have chosen, but he was this bronze's choice and he looked up with the rainbow eyes of love. Hello my Lit'r! Did I do well in stopping them? This Quellazth thought it done well but perhaps we can discuss it while we get food?'

Personality

Quellazth isn't really your average bronze: he's not very high-strung or arrogant. On the contrary, he's very calm and thoughtful. Relatively laid-back and friendly, he is both considerate and prone to be just- he wants things to be for the good of those around him.

He's an excellent peacemaker: he seeks compromises, and does his best to be fair. He also doesn't like to see the ill-treatment of those around him, or unfair treatment- even when it's not meant to be malicious, he will step in and try to balance the situation. He's got a mind for justice, taking on the same moralistic mindset that Lit'r has: he will protect the little guy, given the opportunity.

He's a very good thinker, and enjoys discussion and debate, especially with his rider. He enjoys learning things, too, and possesses a great curiosity, a hunger for knowledge. Mulling things over is one of his favorite pasttimes, and he'll frequently spend long hours thinking about things that concern him, debating all sides of an argument within his head.
