Note: 13 was nice enough to hatch Pendragonth despite the fact that I wasn't around for the entirety of the hatching.
Y Ddraig Goch Red Neon Pendragonth
There are no headknobs to be found on his head, making it nearly impossible to feel anything though a bond, however it seems this dragon was both with the ability to actually talk like a human. It does however mean that he has a hard time to communicate with other dragons.

The Y Ddraig Goch Egg

The Y Ddraig Goch egg is clustered only with the Wyrven egg. Although this egg isn’t exactly large, it is considerably larger than the other egg. Every color on the surface of this egg is a shade of red. The background is striped with a dark red. The ‘foreground’ holds a strange triangular object. Oddly enough, this egg doesn’t seem to give a mental reaction. It seems healthy enough, and has shifted a few times, but there isn’t even the slightest hint of emotion from the shell.
Hatching Messages
The sound had come from one of the bigger eggs. At least the biggest one left that was. The Y Ddraig Goch Egg had a huge crack along the surface and it seemed to slip only further down the shell. A claw suddenly smashed though the shell, bright red, glowing and about the size of the claw that the bronze hatchling had. Claws flexing with enlarged pointy claws before another claw joined it, pushing the shards out of the way with a firm push. Two back legs soon followed to push out as well, an extra claw to the heels here. And then slowly the rest of the red beast pushed out. A tail with a same end at the figure that had been on his shell and a row of spikes along his neck and to top it off, a head lacking headknobs but instead was decorated with two ears that were twitching lightly to catch any sound.
Impression Message
It took a moment, a long moment, a moment that felt like days before the red hided neon finally got onto his paws, streching out and ever so calmly over looking the sands with a flick in his tail. Now…where was his? Step for step the dragonet walked by the candidates that still were standing, eyeing eahc in turn before frowning. But even with his rider no where to be seen… the dragonet seemed in no panic at all and instead started to head to the edge of the sands. He gave one last glance back to make sure he didn’t jsut miss him before walking out like this was no big deal.
There was a deep huff excaping the dragonets maw as he headed towards the candidate barracks. Ye she was a bit grumpy that his rider hadn’t shown but, but non the less there was no reason to panic it believed. Door after door was nosed open and the mass of light peeked in before finally comming acrooss the shape of Border. Without hesitation the hatchling walker up to him, poking at his chest till the candidate would turn around to look him straihgt in the eyes. His mouth actually moving a little trouble as the creature actually spoke words. ‘Mine, why weren’t you awake and on the sands? Not that it’s a big deal. But it would ahve been nice if you had seen your Pendragonth actually hatch…’
Personality
Rather gentle, Caring for others, Tends to risk his life for others allot, Guardian, Can get over protective, Polite, Might attempt to chase the larger dragons, Has a surprising dislike of mutation colors, Very sporty, Always sees things positive
Strong, patient. Stoic. Moral. Brave.
Mindvoice
His voice tends to resemble a very deep growl like sound which can make it really hard to understand.
Also, it's an actual voice, not a mindvoice: this dragon cannot mindspeak, but can speak aloud.
