Hatching Messages
Jets of Brimstone and Fire egg has been shaking so quickly it's almost vibrating: now it reaches it's fever pitch. Cracks that have been forming are starting to feel their strain, and small shards are starting to flake off, revealing a hunt of darkness here or there- and then suddenly, it's all apart. The shell doesn't explode so much as break into several pieces, revealing a damp little green, eyes already whirling orange-red from all the work of hatching. She is undeterred, however- she stands, spreading her wings slightly and squawking at the candidates— what was probably an attempt to be a roar. She's no queen, shard it, but she's here, and she's worth your attention! A few stumbling steps forward and she's on the ground, having tripped on her own feet- but she doesn't give up. Back to her feet again, even though she once more ends up sprawled out on the sands- but the important thing is that she's sprawled out on the sands a few feet further then she had been. A few more rounds of this and she's finally reached the candidates. So close, yet so far away! She closes the distance with a few more stumbling steps, and this time she doesn't land on the sands- no, she's reached her girl, and she leans into the young candidate, eyes whirling a swirl of love and colors. Triumph! Belirana! You're mine, and no one else can have you! I am Zenith, and hungry, and I love you, and I think we ought to have lots of adventures!
Personality
Belirana and Zenith are quite a pair: on her own, Zenith has the same sort of explosive momentum as a volcano, and with Belirana, the pair are nigh unstoppable. Just try to get in their way, see where it gets you.
Zenith is Belirana's best friend, and her ticket out. She was attracted to Belirana's stubborn independence, and in Impressing to her freed Belirana to a future she didn't want, which unfortunately seemed inevitable. Zenith is no gold, but she's a tenacious green.
Confident and Tenacious, Zenith believes she can do anything, absolutely anything. She's also stubborn as a mule, moreso then even Belirana: when she gets an idea in her head, even Belirana, her beloved confidant, can barely dissuade her from it- though more often then not, she's happy to go along.
Adventurous, Zenith hates being bored. Oh, she hates it so much! she'd rather go out exploring then do drills, she'd rather be doing new things and finding new places! Sweeps will be one of her favorite activities, even if she's been over the area again and again: she'll look for anything different, and if she sees it, she'll absolutely have to investigate. Like Beli, she's a brave girl, possibly moreso, and much more prone to making rash decisions. Strangely, she balances Beli- though Beli on her own tends to jump to the rash option first, with Zenith she's a little bit more reserved- she doesn't want to risk the health and safety of her beloved dragon. Thus, Belirana has become the lodestone of the pair.
Friendly and affectionate, Zenith does like most things- she's as social as Beli is, and loves talking to people. Endlessly. She'll talk your ear off if you give her half the chance. She especially loves talking to males, and flirting- proddy or not. In fact, the way you'll tell she's proddy is that she'll stop flirting, and become broody for a day or so.
Zenith has a good empathetic sense, and it will make her a great searchdragon- a job she will thoroughly enjoy, since it means she gets to go new places and meet new people.
