Silirth was adopted from New Pern to fill a queen slot that was inactive. She is also a sNPC, which means any staff can use her in my absence. The original silirth has been changed significantly— She was redesigned upon my adoption of her, though her name did remain the same. she is not the same dragon as the old Silirth by any means.

Gold Silirth
Silirth is a big girl, the biggest gold of the weyr to be exact and she’s quite a marvel to behold. Her body is lean and graceful and all muscle, there is not an ounce of fat on her. Her body is perfect in its proportions, even if she’s a bit longer in body than most dragons. Her way of walking could remind one of the grace with which a feline prowls around. Her wings are the proper 2/3 of her body length in span and make her not only a sight to behold on the ground, but in the air as well.
Silirth is rather unique in her color though. She is such a deep burnished gold that she looks almost bronze. But at the same time it is impossible to mistake her for one. When she unfolds her wings one can see that the inside of the membranes are a bright white gold. Her belly and toes are that same white gold. These splashes of white gold are applied very stylized and clean, giving her a very distinct two tone color. There is no gradual change in color at all, it is simply there.

Silirth is far from a copy of her rider’s personality, in fact, she’s not at all like her rider. However, her flaws are made up for by her rider’s strengths. Silirth is a rather serious dragon, but a little naïve. For example, she doesn’t understand sarcasm, at all. So whenever her rider makes a sarcastic remark, which seems to happen rather often, Silirth will take the remark very seriously and it probably takes a while to explain her what was really meant by it.
While she always manages to keep an outward calm about her, her head is a whirlwind of chaos. There is always something she needs to do, she can’t sit still. If there is nothing to do she’ll make something for herself to do. She’s often planning ahead, or trying to find more efficient ways of going about things. But she rarely ever slows down unless someone forces her too.
Silirth is a real sweet heart though, quite unlike most golds she isn’t a very demanding creature, nor is she vain. If anything she’s quite easily content and doesn’t care much for her appearance. It’s the inside that counts right?. She usually plays peace maker and always tries to compromise in such a way that both parties are happy.
This doesn’t mean she’s a push over however. Far from it, Silirth knows full well when she’s being played for a fool or someone tries to take advantage of her good nature. She has quite a temper when pushed and her wrath is certainly one to be feared. This girl isn’t a ditz she’s a big intelligent lady and you had better remember it too!
